Whenever I feel tired after a long day or even in the morning I replace my coffee with Ceylon tea, it helps me relax and it is healthier than coffee. The wonderful aroma of ginger tea helps me unwind. It has a soothing after taste too

A really good organic tea which has a lovely taste of ginger which makes it pleasurable to indulge in a pot or two a day.
